Tender documents may be obtained from RUDA on payment of the tender fee or downloaded from the RUDA website; downloaded submissions must include the tender fee pay order. Late or incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for costs of preparing/submitting bids. In case the last submission date is a holiday, the next working day will be the deadline. Bidders must quote final competitive prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
