Issuer: Tariq Corporation Limited. Purpose: Notification to shareholders that unpaid right shares have been credited into shareholders' CDS accounts and letters of rights are being dispatched to physical shareholders. This notice explains eligibility, payment procedures, exercising of rights, and key deadlines.

Payment and submission procedures:

- Payments for subscription are to be made through the designated banker for the rights issue (Askari Bank branches are listed for payment). Shareholders must follow the prescribed subscription/payment process and provide valid CDS account details when making payment.

Eligibility and exercising rights:

- Shareholders whose unpaid rights have been credited into their CDS accounts are eligible to exercise the rights in favor of themselves or to renounce them in favour of other person(s) as per the instructions given.

- Physical shareholders receiving letters of rights must submit the prescribed forms, indicate CDS account details, and make payment before the last date to ensure allotment. Rights credited into CDS accounts can be exercised through the shareholders’ brokers/CDC procedures.
