This public notice is issued by Mr. Abid Parvez Malik through Rohaila, Christina & Kiani Associates (Advocates, Corporate Consultants and Legal Advisers). It warns that the property known as "Clinic Plaza" (now Advance International Hospital), Plot No. 126/2, G-8 Markaz, Islamabad, which was the subject of an agreement with Mr. Ali Raza, remains disputed because a substantial portion of the sale consideration remains unpaid and the agreement has not been completed.

The public is cautioned that any purchase, sale, lease, mortgage, or other dealing with Mr. Ali Raza or any person claiming through him in respect of this property will be at the sole risk and responsibility of the transacting party and will not create lawful title or interest. The owner disclaims liability for any loss, damage, claim, or compensation arising from such transactions.
