Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for senior leadership positions to drive skills development, workforce initiatives and marketing/branding for Pakistan's IT/export sector.

| Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO) | Up to 56 years | Minimum 16 years of education: degree in ICT, Business, Education Leadership, Management Sciences, Public Policy or related discipline (HEC-recognized) | Minimum ~12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development and skills training. Experience in higher education, government liaison, strategic planning, managing large/multi-stakeholder projects, resource mobilization (PSDF/donor projects) and delivery of measurable workforce development outcomes. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and global workforce trends desirable. |
| Director Marketing & Branding | Up to 56 years | Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business Administration, Media Studies, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, Computer/IT or related discipline (HEC-recognized). Relevant higher qualifications or professional certifications desirable. | Minimum ~10 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications. Proven track record in planning and executing marketing and branding initiatives (including digital marketing), stakeholder management, media relations, handling advertising/creative agencies, PR and campaign delivery. Experience in IT/technology sector and familiarity with analytics/CRM tools advantageous. |
