GCU Faisalabad Tender: Supply of Chemicals & Glassware (Tender No. 870/50/2025)

Government College University, Faisalabad (Directorate of Procurement & Inventory Control) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply of chemicals and glassware to various university departments. Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA and GCUF websites and must be uploaded on e-PADS (PPRA) before the scheduled closing time.

- Procurement method: Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) bidding procedure.

- Bid security: 5% of estimated price (refundable) in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of "Treasurer GCUF". Original bid security must be received before the closing time and date.

- Submission method: Tender documents must be uploaded on e-PADS via the PPRA website as per schedule. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Mandatory documents: Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, CNIC, and other documents mentioned in tender documents. Taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.

- Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and must not be blacklisted by any government organization.
