RFP: Installation, Operation & Maintenance of 14 Bus Shelters on Walton Road (BOT) – Walton Cantonment Board Lahore

Walton Cantonment Board (WCB), Lahore invites sealed proposals (RFP) from reputed firms, advertising agencies, outdoor media operators, engineering firms or consortiums with relevant experience and financial capability for the design, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of bus shelters on Walton Road on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis. The successful bidder will finance, construct, install, operate and maintain the bus shelters at its own cost and will be granted advertisement rights on approved panels forming part of the shelters for a concession period as stated below.

Eligibility & Minimum Requirements: Interested bidders must be legally registered with relevant authorities; possess valid NTN and Active Taxpayer Status; must not be blacklisted by any Government Department, Autonomous Body, Local Government, Cantonment Board or Public Sector Organization; have relevant experience in outdoor advertising, infrastructure development, civil works, urban furniture, bus shelters or similar projects; and demonstrate adequate financial capability.

Important Notes & Conditions: Technical and Financial proposals must be uploaded separately on ePADS by the stated deadline. Financial proposals of only technically successful bidders will be opened.
