Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Position: Director (IS&TD) — 01 post.
Required qualification: Master's degree / Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

| Post-qualification experience | At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including managing teams and large-scale IT programs/projects of strategic significance; leading enterprise-wide IT automation and digital transformation initiatives; managing relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and service providers; proven expertise in project and program management ensuring timely delivery of complex IT initiatives. |
| Age limit | Maximum age 50 years as on the closing date for submission of applications. |
| Terms of appointment | Appointment on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable on organizational need and performance. Regularization may be considered after completion of three years, subject to fulfillment of criteria. |
| Selection & reservations | Selection by multi-stage evaluation. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted. SECP may consider candidates from female, minorities, persons with different abilities, and candidates from Balochistan, ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. |
