Company Secretary Required — Listed Company (Karachi)

A listed company seeks an experienced Company Secretary for its Karachi office. The candidate must meet the qualifications prescribed under the Companies Act, 2017 and the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019; be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries (or hold an SECP-prescribed equivalent); and have at least five years' relevant experience in secretarial, corporate and regulatory matters of a listed company. Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2017; Securities Act, 2015; Listed Companies Regulations; PSX Regulations; and other applicable corporate laws is essential. Experience handling board matters, general meetings, corporate disclosures and liaison with regulators is preferred.
