RFQ — Procurement of Office Furniture for KP-RIISP (PCMU, Planning & Development Department, Peshawar)

Issuing Authority: Project Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU), Planning and Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Project: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project — KP-RIISP).

Purpose: Request for Quotations (RFQ) for procurement of office furniture under Credit No. 7348-PK (Reference No. PK-PCMU-557568-GO-RFQ).

Suppliers must submit sealed quotations meeting the eligibility and documentation requirements below. Quotation documents and detailed RFQ specification can be downloaded from: https://pndkp.gov.pk/tenders.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Suppliers must have a minimum of five (05) years of experience in supply of similar items.
• Supplier must be registered with NTN & STRN and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
• The supplier must not be blacklisted by any government organization in Pakistan or by the World Bank.
• Quoted prices shall be valid for 90 days from the last date of submission and must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• A bid security equal to two percent (2%) of the quoted bid price must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee / Cash Deposit Receipt / Pay Order / Demand Draft from a nationalized/scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable in the name of Project Director PCMU KP-RIISP.
• Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating "RFQ for Office Furniture" and addressed to the Project Director PCMU KP-RIISP. The supplier must submit the tender/bid security with the quotation as specified in the RFQ document.

Submission and opening:

Deadline for submission of quotations: 2026-07-24 at 2:00 PM. Quotations will be opened on the same date and time in the office of Chief RD / Project Director PCMU KP-RIISP, Planning and Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar.
