How to obtain documents & submit bids
• Bidding documents available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (Pay Order / CDR) payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited is required.
• Bid security must be provided in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning the contractor's name and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited). Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0. Original sealed Tender Fee, Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantees) and E-Stamp Paper must be delivered in separate envelopes to the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi before bid submission time.
• All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS 2.0). No alternative submission methods will be accepted. Bids not accompanied by the required instruments will be rejected as non-responsive.
• Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after uploading the Bid Evaluation Report on E-PADS 2.0 / PPRA. Successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Security and sign the Contract Agreement.
• Bidders who have previously executed PIDCL works must submit Performance Certificates from relevant PIDCL offices as prescribed; otherwise submit a Non-Applicable Certificate on company letterhead.
