Eligibility: PEC registration C5 or above for 2025–26, registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa purchase & procurement authority, active FBR taxpayer status, Income Tax Certificate 2025–2026, CNIC copy of firm owner, 2% earnest money as call deposit or bank draft in favour of Principal, Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi Mansehra (original), and an affidavit on Rs. 1,200 stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted.
