Candidates with specialized qualifications (AAOIFI CIPA/CSA or NIBAF diploma) are encouraged to apply. | Oversee opening/relocation/closure of Islamic branches & windows; ensure compliance with Bank & SBP policies; address Compliance/Shariah/Audit observations; provide technical & operational leadership to regional/branch teams; monitor end-to-end processing of Islamic financing facilities; integrate digital solutions; staff training; liaison across departments. |
| Manager – Islamic Banking Finance | AVP / VP / IVP | 1 | Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounts. Preference given to candidates with proficiency in Islamic banking finance, operations and pool management. | Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for professional finance/accounting qualifications (MBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA) and familiarity with AAOIFI accounting standards. | Prepare Islamic Banking financial statements, management & regulatory reports; pool management and P&L; accounting for assets/liabilities/income/expenditure; prepare ZTBL-IBG periodic financial statements & disclosures; manage funds transfers between IB branches/treasury; finalize deposit & financing profiles; ensure compliance and address anomalies. |
Eligibility / Other Instructions:
Maximum age limit for AVP/VP/IVP: 50 years as on closing date to apply. Market-competitive remuneration will be offered.
