National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for experienced banking professionals for positions in Relationship Management and Branch Operations. Candidates must meet the educational and experience criteria and demonstrate strong knowledge of banking products, policies and customer relationship management.

| Relationship Manager – Commercial (OG-III) | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or HEC-recognized international university/college/institute. Islamic banking certification/diploma where applicable. | Minimum 4+ years of banking experience in Relationship Management or as a Relationship Associate/Officer; sound understanding of financial analysis, balance sheet/profit & loss, and credit documentation. | Manage SME & commercial portfolios, achieve business targets, conduct customer visits, originate and process credit proposals, maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with bank policies. |
| Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I) | Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution. Relevant banking certifications advantageous. | Minimum 3 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch operations preferred; familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations, Islamic banking products and branch/internal control processes. | Oversee branch operations and staff, ensure implementation of internal controls and SOPs, manage transactional accuracy, resolve operational issues, ensure ATM/Cash operations and customer service standards. |
Other requirements and skills include strong knowledge of banking products and procedures, good interpersonal and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to meet sales/portfolio targets. Selected candidates must comply with bank policies including KYC and AML requirements.
