Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. PSEB invites applications for two senior positions to lead national workforce development and marketing/branding initiatives for Pakistan's IT/export sector.

| Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO) | 56 years (max) | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in ICT / Business / Education Leadership / Management Sciences / Public Policy or related discipline. Degrees must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university. Candidates from other disciplines with strong experience in skills development, workforce strategy or digital transformation encouraged. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development or skills training. Proven track record managing large teams, leading complex national-level projects and policy initiatives, multi-stakeholder engagement, industry linkages and donor-funded programs (e.g., PSDP). Experience in securing funding and delivering measurable workforce development outcomes. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) desirable. |
| Director Marketing & Branding | 56 years (max) | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Marketing / Communications / Branding / Business Administration / Management / Media Studies / Mass Communication / Public Relations / Strategic Communication / Communication Studies / Psychology / Computer Sciences or related disciplines. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in marketing/branding/digital marketing are preferred. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications, including senior-level leadership. Experience planning and executing integrated marketing and digital campaigns, stakeholder engagement, vendor & agency management, public relations, and analytics. Familiarity with government procedures and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage. |
