HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids (IFB) – Supply of ACs, LED Display, Camera, Multimedia & Inverter (Tender SCM-01, 2026-27)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on NCB (National Competitive Bidding) basis from eligible manufacturers/suppliers for supply of the listed material on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) basis. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA rules and the bidding documents.

How to apply / submit: Only e-bids are acceptable. Interested bidders must register and submit bids via the E-PADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Follow the procedures and requirements set out in the bidding documents and PPRA rules.

Bid security and delivery: A bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents and must be submitted in the name of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited, Abbottabad. The original bid security must be delivered to the Office of Manager (Supply Chain Management), HAZECO, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the e-bid.

Important notes: Bids will be opened on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis in accordance with applicable PPRA rules. Late or non-compliant bids will not be accepted. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA provisions.
