The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the position of Segment Head – Digital Fraud Risk Management in its Fraud Risk Management Division (Compliance & Control Group). The role is based in Lahore and requires extensive experience in fraud risk, operational risk and internal controls.

| Key Responsibilities | Develop, implement and review digital fraud risk policies and procedures; monitor digital transactional activity and oversee timely escalation and mitigation of fraud risks; provide strategic oversight of fraud risk management systems; monitor emerging fraud trends and vulnerabilities; lead digital fraud risk assessments for new and existing products; lead customer fraud awareness and digital security initiatives; establish and maintain QA frameworks, standards, scorecards and performance metrics. |
| Qualification | Minimum bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent. International certification in financial crimes compliance/FRM preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years of banking/non-banking experience in fraud risk management, operational risk, internal controls or related functions with leadership exposure. |
| Age | Not more than 55 years as on date of application |
