Issuer: Karachi Institute of Neurological Diseases and Rehabilitation (KIND-R), a project of Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD). Location: Quetta Town Society near Nasir School, Superhighway, Karachi. Employment Type: Contractual (one year, extendable). Last date to apply: 31 July 2026.

Position	Key Qualifications & Experience	Core Skills & Competencies
Director Administration	Education: Business Administration (MBA), Hospital Administration (MHA), Public Administration (MPA) or related. Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven relevant experience in a senior administrative role; at least 5 years in a large hospital, healthcare facility or multi-facility complex or similar scale.	Lead, motivate and coordinate diverse teams (maintenance, estates, security, personnel, support staff, fleet). Strong understanding of building systems, fire safety, biomedical waste management, infection prevention and hospital infection control standards. Experience in managing time-sensitive construction/renovation projects, budgeting, procurement, contract management, asset & inventory control, compliance, business continuity and cost optimization.
Director Clinical Services	Education: MBBS with specialized qualification in Neurological Diseases & Rehabilitation. Degree in Public Health, Business/Hospital/Public Administration is preferred. Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years in hospital/healthcare settings or multi-facility institutions of similar scale.	Lead operational clinical functions (inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation), training and program monitoring. Implement new technologies and systems to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes. Knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance; lead research-based clinical inquiries and new initiatives.
