PIDC Tender Notice – Multiple Civil Works (Roads, Sewerage, Water & Street Lighting) in Liaquatabad / Nazimabad, Karachi

Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL). PIDCL invites sealed/electronic bids for multiple municipal civil works packages in Liaquatabad Town, Nazimabad and other areas of District Central-II, Karachi.

Scope: Multiple small/medium construction packages including providing and laying RCC tuff pavers on various streets, construction/rehabilitation of sewerage lines, laying water pipelines, installation of street lights and related civil works in Liaquatabad, Nazimabad and surrounding UCs of District Central-II, Karachi. PEC grade requirements shown on the tender documents (examples visible: C-6, C-5 where applicable).

How to obtain bidding documents: Bid documents are available online from the E-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited.

Bid security and submission: Bid security must be provided in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee in the name of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0; the original physical Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee for bid security must be delivered to the employer’s address before the bid submission deadline (see tender documents for the exact deadline). Bids are to be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system and in accordance with the tender instructions. Failure to provide original bid security in the specified form/name may result in blacklisting or rejection.
