The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction of the Federal Election Academy and other offices of the Election Commission of Pakistan at H-11/4, Islamabad. Funding is allocated from CDA's FY 2026-27 deposit work program.
Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope LCBS procedure via EPADS v2.0. Bidders must register on EPADS, submit bid security as specified (Pay Order/Call at Deposit), and upload e-bids before the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
