Tender: Procurement of Plant & Machinery, IT Equipment, Stationery, Hardware & Furniture — Directorate of Consumer Protection Council, Lahore

Issuer: Directorate of Consumer Protection Council (Assistant Director Admin & Coordination).

Purpose: Competitive procurement through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules for multiple procurement packages including plant & machinery, IT equipment, stationery, hardware and furniture & fixtures.

How to obtain documents & submit bids:

• Tender documents and detailed requirements are available for download from the Punjab PPRA website: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/.
• All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAk Acquisition and Disposal System (E-Pads). Hard copies will not be accepted for initial submission.
• Bid security must be uploaded as required by the E-Pads portal. The original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Directorate of Consumer Protection Council at 135-I Model Town, Lahore before the bid closing date and time.

Key conditions & notes:

• Submission must include all required supporting documents, affidavits, and documentary evidence as indicated in the bidding documents; incomplete bids may be rejected.
• Bids will be evaluated in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, and the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• Procurements are subject to availability of funds. No conditional offers or late submissions will be accepted.
