Tender Notice — Wazgardo Dam (Upper Dera Bugti) — Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Dera Bugti

Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Dera Bugti invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for execution of the following work. Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bids are required. Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Registration on the BPPRA electronic public procurement system is mandatory for all bidders.

Key details and instructions:

- Tender fee: PKR 1,500 (as specified).

- Eligibility: Presence on the Active Taxpayers List; the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. Bidders must have completed at least one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate required financial capacity as detailed in the bidding documents.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee or as prescribed in the bidding documents).

- Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the BPPRA e-procurement system. Bidders should follow the e-bidding and submission instructions available on the public procurement portal.

- Tender documents: Obtainable from the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Dera Bugti, on submission of the prescribed tender fee/payment instrument as stated in the bidding documents.

- Additional requirements: Bids must be accompanied by original tender fee and bid security instruments as required, and will be opened per the schedule in the bidding documents.
