LESCO Tender Notice EP-47 to EP-51 – Supply, Transportation, Erection and Backfilling of HT/LT PCC Spun Poles (Closing 2026-07-23)

Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites e-bids for multiple construction packages (EP-47 to EP-51) for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, complete earthing and back filling of HT/LT PCC spun poles and related civil works in various LESCO divisions. Estimated cost: PKR 4.5 million (each tender).

Eligibility & Tender Submission Requirements

- Contractors / firms must be approved/registered with PEC and renewed for FY 2026-27 with specialization code EE-04 or EE-05 (as applicable) for the listed works. Bidders must also be registered with PRA/FR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List.

- Bidders must upload documentary evidence (PEC registration, PRA/FR registration, Active Taxpayer status) through EPADS V2.0 with their bids.

- Experience: Upload documentary evidence (work order / contract and completion certificate or satisfactory performance certificate) from DISCOs or other organizations where similar works were executed.

- E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at the EPADS portal. All bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS V2.0 in accordance with its instructions.

Earnest Money / Bid Security

- Original bid security of PKR 100,000 in favor of Project Director Construction Circle, LESCO must be uploaded on EPADS and the physical instrument (CDR / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) must be submitted to the office of Project Director Construction Circle, LESCO (132 kV Grid Station F-Block LDA Avenue-I, Lahore) before the bid submission deadline (by 11:30 AM) with a separate company letter for each tender. Bids without valid bid security will not be considered.

- Successful bidder will be required to furnish 10% performance security of the tender amount.

Procedure, Dates & Opening

- Procurement method: Single Stage Single Envelope; Selection technique: Least Cost Based Selection.

- Closing (bid submission) deadline: 2026-07-23 at 11:30 AM. (Bids must be submitted on EPADS by this time.)

- Opening: 2026-07-23 at 12:00 PM on EPADS V2.0.
