Central Power Generation Company Ltd. (GENCO-II) invites sealed bids for civil works at TPS Guddu under Tender No. CEO/CPGCL/MMM/Civil/T-353. Works include construction of a precast boundary wall and construction of a main gate for a residential colony.

Eligibility / Pre-qualification	Contractor registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-2026. Valid NTN, CNIC, FBR and SRB documents (originals to be shown at time of tender purchase). Attach all required documents with 3% Call Deposit. Proprietor or legally authorized person of the firm eligible to purchase tender documents. Relevant PEC special codes required (CE-09, CE-10). Bids received after closing date/time will not be considered; issuer reserves the right to verify documents and reject bids as per rules.
Earnest Money	3% of the total bid value in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee (refundable) in favour of "Central Power Generation Company Limited".
Bidding Procedure	Single-stage, two-envelope bidding process under PPRA Rules 36(b). Interested participants must submit proposals via e-procurement (e-pad).
