Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. Procurement Method: Single Stage One Envelope as defined in PPRA Rules. Bids are invited through the online e-PADS 2.0 platform. Prospective bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and relevant experience, and shall be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and other applicable taxes.
Key submission details: Bidding documents are available online at eprocure.gov.pk. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- is payable to PIDCL by Pay Order/CDR to obtain bidding documents. Bid security must be provided in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (amounts shown below) in favour of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited.
