Public e-Auction: Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan – Canteens & Tuck Shops (FY 2026-27)

Sheikh Zayed Medical College & Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan invites interested individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an e-auction for operation of hospital canteens and tuck-shops for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must register and submit required documents and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/earnest money as specified before the deadlines via the e-Auction Portal and by physical submission where required.

Reserve price: PKR 25,500,000 (without taxes) for one year. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price (PKR 2,550,000) in the form of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft (DD) / Pay Order (PO) or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Soft copy of CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker's Cheque must be uploaded on the e-Auction Portal and the original must be submitted in the office of the Principal, SZMC/SZH, Rahim Yar Khan within the timeframe specified in the auction document.

Register on the e-Auction Portal and apply as per the Eligibility Criteria provided. The auction will be conducted through the e-Auction Portal; only approved applicants on the portal will be allowed to bid.
