Invest Capital Investment Bank – Book Closure for Share Capital Reduction

Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited has obtained approval from the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi to reduce its paid-up capital from Rs. 2,848,668,960 (284,866,896 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each) to Rs. 430,529,840 (43,052,984 ordinary shares of Rs.10 each) by cancelling 241,813,912 ordinary shares, representing a reduction of 84.886631405%.

The share transfer books will be closed on 11 July 2026. Shareholders shown on the Register of Members as of 10 July 2026 will be entitled to the new shares. Transfers received by the Share Registrar, M/s CorpTec Associates (Pvt.) Limited, with original share certificate(s), verified transfer deed(s) and a certified copy of CNIC by close of business on 10 July 2026 will be treated in time. All existing physical share certificates stand cancelled as of 11 July 2026 and should be surrendered to the Share Registrar at 503-E, Johar Town, Lahore for issuance of new certificates.
