Tender: Disposal of Road Transport Board Assets at Peshawar Bus Terminal

Issuer: Road Transport Board (RTB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The RTB invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure (KPPRA Rules 2014) for disposal/lease of various commercial assets at Peshawar Bus Terminal (PBT). Bid documents with eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and minimum benchmark values may be obtained from the Office of the Secretary, Road Transport Board / Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to obtain documents and submit bids:

- Obtain bid solicitation documents from: Director Transport / Secretary Road Transport Board, Room No. 135, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt.

- Documents available on written request against payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 (payable by bank draft in favor of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

- Documents issuance and bid submission hours: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on working days (Monday to Friday).

- Bid security must be submitted in the form of a verified bank guarantee in the name of the undersigned (Secretary, Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

- Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board / appropriate government registration as specified in the bid documents.

- Bids will be opened in the Office of the Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the date/time stated in the bid documents.

- Successful bidders will be bound to deposit prescribed Income Tax and any other taxes imposed by Federal or Provincial Government.
