RFP: Consultancy for O&M Manual and Building Facility Management System — RAMS Unit, C&W Peshawar

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (RAMS Unit), Peshawar invites proposals for consultancy services covering feasibility/design of roads, bridges and aerial ropeways, assessment of public buildings, institutional strengthening, and development of an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual and Building Facility Management System (BFMS) across C&W line departments (ADP No. 1356-251056).

RFP documents are available on the EPADS portal and from the KPPRA/C&W websites or can be purchased from the RAMS Unit office. Selection will follow the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-14. Proposals must be submitted via EPADS by 2026-07-24 at 12:00 PM.
