Chief Engineer (O&M) Distribution, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Lahore invites sealed electronic bids through the E-PADS portal under a Single Stage One Envelope tendering procedure for maintenance works on LESCO HT/LT distribution networks in six operation circles.
Tender highlights: Tender No. 03 (2026-27). Bidding is open to contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) duly renewed for 2026-27 (or renewed for 2025-26 with PEC deposit slip for 2026-27) as specified in the bidding documents. Bids are invited on a percentage above/below basis. Complete bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal (www.ecprocure.gov.pk) and can be downloaded until 11:00 AM on 2026-07-29.

Submission & bid security: Original bid security in acceptable form (as specified in bidding documents) in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, LESCO must be delivered to the office by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-29 and a scanned copy must be uploaded on E-PADS. Bids will be opened via E-PADS at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-29.
Other important conditions: Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Method will be adopted. Original CDR/Pay Order as bid security must be attached where required. Successful bidders must deposit performance security (10% as specified) within 14 days in the prescribed form; failure may lead to forfeiture and award to next lowest bidder. Insurance guarantees will not be accepted as performance guarantee.
