GIK Institute Tender: Hiring Transport Services (2 Buses) – Deadline 24 July 2026

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology invites sealed bids for hiring/outsourcing transport services on a rental basis for the provision of two (02) buses to operate between GIK Institute, Topi and Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Bids are invited under the Single-Stage, One Envelope procedure from Income Tax and GST registered transport companies on the Active Taxpayer List. Tender documents are available at www.giki.edu.pk or from GIK Admin Block Room #F-09. Submit sealed bids with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and 2% earnest money on the total bid cost by 24 July 2026, 15:00 hours. Proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day.
