Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) invites sealed electronic bids for multiple civil, sewerage, pumping station and electrical works in Liaqatabad and Nazimabad towns, District Central, Karachi. Bidders must be registered with relevant PEC category as listed and submit bids electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 / e-procurement system.

How to obtain bidding documents: Prospective bidders can obtain bidding documents online from the Government e-Procurement Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- in the shape of Pay Order / CDR (mentioning name of the Contractor’s Firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited).

Bid security: Must be provided in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning the name of the Contractor’s Firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited). In case of bogus/fake Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee, the bidder will be blacklisted and their bid will be considered non-responsive. Scanned copy of bid security and tender fee shall be attached with the online submission on E-PADS 2.0. Original tender fee and bid security (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee) and E-Stamp paper must be delivered in separate sealed envelopes to the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi before bid submission time.

Submission method & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system. No alternative submission methods will be accepted. Bids will be opened in the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL at the specified date and time in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
