MNB is inviting applications for multiple IT and support positions including IS Audit Officer, MIS Reporting Analyst/Officer, Training Officer and Project Support Officers. Relevant experience in information systems auditing. | Plan and execute information systems audits, evaluate controls and vulnerabilities, perform technical testing and analysis of IT systems and applications, prepare audit reports and remediation action plans, ensure compliance with policies and standards. |
| Training Officer (OG-I/OG-II) | PMO Head / Divisional Head IT | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HRM or related field. Relevant training certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD) preferred. Minimum 2–3 years' relevant experience; experience in designing and conducting training needs analysis and delivering IT-related trainings. | Plan and deliver training programs, conduct training needs analysis, develop course content and materials, manage training logistics, maintain training records, and support skill development across IT and projects. |
| MIS Reporting Analyst / Officer (OG-I/OG-II) | PMO Head / Divisional Head IT | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Minimum ~3 years' experience in MIS reporting and data analysis. | Develop and maintain MIS reporting, dashboards and views; analyze business information to generate reports and insights; ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports; collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting requirements and automation. |
| Project Support Officers (OG-II) | PMO Head / Divisional Head IT | Minimum bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage. Minimum 2 years' experience in project management support; familiarity with banking processes and regulatory requirements preferred. | Provide project coordination and administrative support, maintain project schedules and registers, prepare reports and documentation, assist in vendor payments and logistics, support project controls and stakeholder communication. |
