E-Tender Notice – Development Schemes (ADP 2026-27), Municipal Committee Phalia (Mandi Bahauddin)

Municipal Committee Phalia invites e-tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope) for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program (ADP) for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible contractors must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement/E-PAD system and with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for FY 2026-27.

Submission and opening:

The bidding documents shall be uploaded on the EPAD/Punjab e-Procurement portal by 2026-07-25 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened in the Hall of Municipal Committee Phalia on 2026-07-25 at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives.

Key conditions:

• Bid security: 5% (uploaded on the portal in favor of Municipal Committee Phalia).
• Procurement shall be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System; responsive time and other calculations shall be based on portal publication.
• Method of selection: lowest cost. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained.
• In case of submission of any forged documents/CDR by any contractor, legal action will be taken under applicable laws/rules.
• Bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost will be required to furnish additional performance/quality assurance security and comply with applicable departmental instructions and rules.
