Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Phalia (District Health Authority Mandi Bahauddin) invites sealed/electronic bids for framework contracts for supply and services including general store items, laboratory items/strips, X‑ray films & developers, medical gas (oxygen) cylinder refilling, printing material, stationery, linen washing and dental items.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. A bid security of 2% of the quoted price in the shape of CDR in the name of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Phalia is required. Bids delivered after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the e-Procurement platform.
