- Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and must be obtained by paying a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000 (Pay Order / CDR) payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) mentioning the Contractor’s firm name.

- Bid security must be provided in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning the name of the Contractor’s Firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited). The original Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee for bid security and the tender fee must be delivered to the employer’s address before the bid submission deadline; scanned copies shall be uploaded on EPADS 2.0.

- Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system (EPADS). Late, conditional or incomplete bids, or bids not complying with the stated requirements, will be rejected. Unsuccessful bidders’ securities will be returned according to PPRA/E-PADS procedures. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Security and sign the Contract Agreement.

- Delivery of originals (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee and E-Stamp Paper where required) must be in separate envelopes to the Office of the General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi, before bid submission time.
