Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) — Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore.

Advertisement No. 29/2026 inviting offers from manufacturers/suppliers for supply of listed items under international and local tenders. Tenders will be processed on open competitive bidding basis under PPRA Rules. Tender documents, submission instructions, fees and bid security requirements are given below.

General submission/opening: Unless specified otherwise, tenders will close at 14:30 hours and will be opened in public at 15:00 hours on the dates mentioned against each tender enquiry.

Fees, bid security & submission requirements:

• Tender fee: Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) per tender in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of SNGPL.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated value (excluding GST) as specified in tender documents.
• Pre-bid meeting / bid submission instructions: Refer to individual tender documents. Electronic submission through SNGPL e-Procurement (EPADs) is required where applicable; original hard copy with original bid security may also be required as per tender documents.
