Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners, institutes and vendors to deliver free High-Tech IT training under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program – Batch-III.
Program purpose: Establish international certifications and free high-tech IT training in Pakistan through qualified local institutes, software houses and international certification partners.

Key eligibility and conditions:
- Preferred applicants: IT institutes and software houses; Principal / Vendor Partner (academies/institutes).
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Institutes that performed unsatisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
