Key eligibility and submission requirements (summary):
- Valid registration/renewal of the firm with the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and a valid security license issued by the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan. Firms without these will be disqualified.
- Relevant experience: list of clients/government organizations and copies of previous agreements for the last five years to be attached and attested for technical evaluation.
- Required documents such as registration, license, client lists, previous contracts, and other documentary evidence must be attached with the Technical Bid as specified in tender documents.
- Bids must provide a complete package including rate per Security Supervisor/Guard per month for a one-year period and demonstrate capability to provide uniformed, equipped personnel (examples listed include firearms for supervisors/guards, motorcycles, walkie-talkies, metal detectors, torches, whistles, bicycles for patrolling, etc.).
- All applicable taxes will be deducted as per law. The procuring agency may accept or reject any or all bids according to PPRA Rules.
