Tender: Crude Oil Transportation Contract from Dhumal Oilfield to Attock Refinery

Orient Petroleum Inc., for and on behalf of the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, invites tenders for crude oil transportation from Dhumal Oilfield (Tehsil Fateh Jang, District Attock) to Attock Refinery Limited, Morgah, Rawalpindi.

Eligible companies/transporters must own adequate tankers to carry approximately 50–400 barrels/day, comply with HSE guidelines, have at least five years' similar experience, possess a National Tax Number, demonstrate sound financial standing and not be blacklisted. The contract period is three (3) years (extendable). Bid documents are available from the company's office (09:00–17:00, Mon–Fri) or by emailing [email protected].
