| MIS Reporting Analyst / Officer (OG-I/OG-II) | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. | Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field. | Design and maintain MIS reporting, dashboards and views; strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau; good understanding of data flows, reporting standards and system integration; prepare periodic MIS reports, perform data validation and support management reporting needs. |
| Project Support Officers (OG-II) | Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (from HEC recognized university). Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage. | Minimum 2 years' experience in project management supporting role (project coordination, banking operations, or IT projects). | Provide project coordination and administrative support; assist project managers in planning, tracking deliverables, reporting, documentation and stakeholder liaison; good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and PM tools; strong organizational and coordination skills. |
| Training Officer (OG-I/OG-II) | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HRM or related field. Certifications in training/learning (e.g., CIPD, ATD) advantageous. | Minimum 2–3 years' experience in relevant field; experience designing and delivering training programs preferred. | Design, plan and conduct training programs and needs assessments; develop training materials; coordinate training logistics; evaluate training effectiveness; strong communication, facilitation and curriculum development skills; familiarity with e-learning tools and training administration. |
