Issuer: A prestigious Bank with a growing network (Head Office: Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir). Seeking an experienced Regional Head to manage the entire business and operations portfolio for the Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions.

| Minimum Qualification | Graduate or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university OR local/international professional qualification/certification |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years in Business Development and Management (preferably in banking) with at least 3 years in a similar role. Minimum 8 years of exclusive experience preferably in diversified banks/DFIs. |

| Core Responsibilities | Manage regional business & operations; develop and implement consumer, commercial & retail banking strategies; achieve advances & deposit targets; prepare regional revenue & expense budgets and capital budget recommendations; supervise MIS preparation & reporting; ensure compliance with policies and procedures; maintain discipline and administer personnel matters in liaison with HR; lead branches to meet business targets; monitor service quality for loans, advances and retail products; coordinate product/pricing communications to branches. |
