Tender Notice – Procurement of Cardiac Stent Machines and Pharma Research Equipment (Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences, Gambat)

Issuer: Director, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat.

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids (e-bids) for procurement of medical research equipment through the Sindh EPADs (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) from authorized manufacturers or their authorized agents/distributors. Bidders must be on the List of Active Taxpayers (FBR/SRB) and must comply with GST/SST requirements where applicable.

How to obtain bidding documents and submit:

- Download detailed terms and conditions and bidding documents from the Sindh procurement portal: https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/

- Register and submit e-bids via the EPADS system. Supplier registration link shown: https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration

- Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be prepared per the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS before the deadline.

Fees, bid security and submission opening:

- Tender fee: Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) in the form of Call Deposit.

- Bid security: 1% of the bid value required in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee. The original instruments for the tender fee and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the submission deadline.

- Bids submitted on EPADS will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the Green Hall, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat.

Notes:

- In case of a public holiday or other unfavorable circumstances declared by the government, tenders/bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same venue and time.
