NDMA Islamabad e-Bid Tender: VRF System Enhancement (38 TR)

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites e-bids for the enhancement of the existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system (38 TR). Eligible suppliers/distributors/service providers must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax, listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on EPADS.

Bidders must register and submit electronic bids online at https://eprocure.gov.pk and submit through EPADS by 1100 hours on 22 July 2026. Bids must include bid security (Pay Order/Demand Draft) as specified; the original bid security and a hard copy of bidding documents must be delivered to NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad before the submission deadline.
