Tender: Supply of Dietary Articles (Free Meal) for Police Training School Sargodha — E-Bids by 2026-07-20

Issuer: Superintendent of Police / Principal, Police Training School (PTS) Sargodha.

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids (E-Bids) for the purchase/provision of dietary articles for the Mess of PTS Sargodha on a framework contract basis for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders: firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with relevant authorities and tax departments.

Key dates & submission method:

- E-Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-20 up to 11:00 AM (e-Procurement System).

- E-Bid opening: 2026-07-20 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- E-Bid validity: until the close of the financial year, i.e., 2027-06-30.

Bid security & performance guarantee:

- Bidders must submit original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order as specified in the tender documents.

- On acceptance of the tender, the successful bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

Eligibility & documentation:

- Bidders must be registered with relevant taxation authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) and must attach registration certificates where required.

- Technical bids must be accompanied by required documents and tax registration certificates; taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.

Other conditions:

- Late bids will not be accepted. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement under the cited rule.

- In case of difficulty submitting online, hard copies of bids (Technical + Financial) may be submitted to the office before the deadline in accordance with PPRA rules.
