HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Disposal of Redundant 66kV Havelian–Abbottabad Transmission Line

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids (AS IS WHERE IS BASIS) through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from tax-registered companies/firms/bidders for disposal of a redundant 66kV Havelian–Abbottabad transmission line.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Only e-Bids submitted via EPADS (http://www.epads.gov.pk) are acceptable. Bidders must also upload all mandatory documents on the portal.

- Eligible bidders: Tax-registered companies/firms/bidders on NCB basis for disposal.

- Bidding will follow Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) procedures and HAZECO procurement rules. Bid validity: 90 days.

- The 66kV transmission line will be disposed “as is where is”. Interested bidders may inspect the sites/locations on working days between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM.

- All bids must be accompanied by bid security/earnest money in acceptable form as mentioned in bidding documents, payable in favour of CEO HAZECO. The original physical bid security in sealed envelope must reach the office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid submission date & time. A scanned copy of the original should be uploaded on the EPADS portal.

- In case of a holiday announced by the Government of Pakistan or the office remains closed on the scheduled tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place.

- Bids will be opened on EPADS in public in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives who may attend.
