Issuer: A prestigious commercial Bank (Head Office: Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir). The Bank is hiring a Regional Head to manage and grow the Bank's business and operations for the Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions.

Proven networking, monitoring & evaluation skills. Strong business development, team leadership, relationship-building, organizational and market knowledge, negotiation, capacity building, and MIS/reporting skills. Good computer skills (MS Word/Excel), presentation & analytical skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. | Permanent induction: up to 42 years; Contractual induction: up to 57 years (on closing date of advertisement) |
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the region's entire business portfolio; supervise and maintain regional business statistics; develop and implement business, commercial and retail banking strategies; coordinate with branches to achieve advances & deposits targets; prepare annual revenue and expense budgets; oversee MIS and compliance reporting; monitor credit portfolio and recovery; develop market for bank products and services; provide leadership, mentoring and performance management for regional staff; ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
