A prestigious bank is seeking energetic, dynamic and dedicated professionals for multiple positions in its Project Management Office and Information Technology division at the Head Office. Roles include project coordinators/managers for core banking and digital channels, database and systems administrators, information security officer, business analysts and quality assurance/ testing specialists.

| Systems Administrator | Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering | Experience in Windows/Unix systems, virtualization, backups, patching, network services, servers, virtualization platforms and on-prem/cloud operations; security and DR practices. |
| Information Security Officer | Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/related; relevant certifications (CISM/CISSP/CISA/ISO 27001 or similar preferred) | 3–5 years’ experience in IT/information security and regulatory compliance; vulnerability management, incident response, security policies and controls, audits and documentation. |
| Business Analyst | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related | Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder liaison, functional specifications, and supporting IT project delivery for banking systems. |
| Quality Assurance / Testing Specialist | Bachelor’s degree in relevant field | Experience in software quality assurance, test planning and execution, test automation, defect tracking and ensuring software meets functional and non-functional requirements. |
Positions require relevant IT/banking experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with banking channels such as ATM, online/mobile banking and core banking systems. All positions are based at the bank’s Head Office.
