Tender: Supply of Dietary Articles (Free Meal Framework) - Police Training School Sargodha

Issuer: Superintendent of Police / Principal, Police Training School (PTS) Sargodha. Invitation for e-Bids for purchase/provision of dietary articles for the Mess of PTS Sargodha under a Framework Contract for financial year 2026-27.

Key dates: e-Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-20 (by 11:00 AM). e-Bid opening: 2026-07-20 at 11:30 AM (bidders or their representatives may attend).

How to apply / submit bids: All procurements will be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Rule 12 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Submit e-Bids via the e-Procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). In case of difficulty with online submission, a hard copy (Technical + Financial) may be submitted in the office before the deadline in accordance with PPRA Rules-2014.

Bid security & guarantees: Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of SP PTS Sargodha before the e-Bid submission deadline. On acceptance, successful bidder will deposit performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value as per PPRA rules; performance guarantee will be refunded on successful completion of the contract.

Eligibility & compliance: Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax). Income/Sales tax registration certificates and other documents required in e-Bidding must accompany the Technical Bid; taxes will be deducted as per government rules.

Other conditions: E-Bids will be opened on 2026-07-20 under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. E-Bid validity is until closure of the financial year (30-06-2027). Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement under rule 59(c)(iv). Late bids will not be considered.
