Tender: SMD LED Screen & AV Equipment for PEF Auditorium – Bid No. PEF/PROC/IT/2025-26/43

Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). Procurement under Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA rules for supply, installation and commissioning of SMD LED screen and related AV equipment for the newly constructed PEF auditorium for FY 2025-2026.

Eligibility and bidding procedure: Open to firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) and meeting requirements in the bidding documents. Submission and opening:

• Original sealed bid security must be delivered to the Punjab Education Foundation (Deputy Director Procurement) at 52-L, Gulberg-II (near Kalma Chowk), Lahore.
• Deadline for delivery of original bid security and timely bid submission: 2025-07-02 by 11:00 AM.
• Online bids will be submitted via the e-procurement portal; bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 11:30 AM.

Other conditions: Bid validity 120 days. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. PEF reserves the right to accept or reject bids according to the PPRA rules and the procurement documents.
