CDA e-Bid: Construction of Federal Election Academy & ECP Offices at H-11/4 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction of the Federal Election Academy and other offices of the Election Commission of Pakistan at H-11/4, Islamabad as part of FY 2026-27 deposit works. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk); bidders must register on EPADS v2.0. A bid security as specified in the bidding documents is required. Submission deadline: 2026-07-21 11:30 AM (bids opened same day at 12:00 PM). Manual submissions will not be accepted.
